Terms and Conditions

As of: 10 May 2026. These terms apply to all contracts between GlowRide and its customers via the website glowride.at.

1. Conclusion of contract

A binding contract is formed upon purchase of a credit pack or booking of a class. A registered account and confirmed email address are required.

2. Prices and payment

The prices displayed in the webshop at the time of order apply. We claim the small-business exemption under Austrian VAT law (§ 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG) — no VAT is shown. Payment is processed online via Stripe (e.g. credit card, Apple Pay / Google Pay, EPS) or — for classes marked accordingly — on site in cash or by card.

3. Credits and validity

Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Credits from vouchers are valid for 12 months from redemption. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable upon expiry.

4. Cancellation and withdrawal

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before class — the credit is refunded automatically. Later cancellations can be reviewed on request (e.g. illness with medical certificate).

Right of withdrawal for consumers (Austrian FAGG)

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a contract for the purchase of credits or vouchers concluded online within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded (the date of purchase).

To withdraw, an unambiguous statement is enough — for example by email to info@glowride.at or by post to GlowRide – Linda Kroiher, Oberrauchenödt 29, 4264 Grünbach, Austria. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending your statement before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your statement — using the same payment method you paid with.

If you book a class within the withdrawal period, you expressly request that we begin performing before the period expires. If you then withdraw, we deduct a proportionate amount for classes already taken (the share of used credits in the pack price). Once all credits of a purchase are used, the service is fully performed and the right of withdrawal expires.

5. House rules

The studio rules of conduct apply. Trainers may exclude persons with health restrictions or under the influence of alcohol/drugs from class.

6. Liability

Participation is at your own risk. We are liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Medical clearance before first participation is recommended, especially for pre-existing cardiovascular conditions.

7. Data protection

Information on the processing of personal data is provided in our privacy policy.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Linz. Consumers may also bring action in their place of residence.

9. Severability

Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
